Update: 9/10/11
Aligen also has a mobility client for Lync that can handle voice dialing across the carrier network.

There are 2 Android clients available for the Android OS.

Widget Media AndrOCS http://www.widgetmedia.net/ and Office Talk.  They can  both be downloaded from the Android market.  Keep in mind they are still in Beta but at least there are options for Android (and they stay running not paused like another device).  They both require a OCS 2007 R2 CWA server.  I have confirmed the work with OCS 2007 R2 and Lync Server 2010.

Thanks for the post. I’m a user of AndrOCS, but didn’t know about Office Talk.

One nice thing about AndrOCS is that in one of the latest releases, the developers have added beta support for OCS 2007 RTM CWA. That’s nice for us because we’re planning on moving directly to Lync from OCS 2007, bypassing the R2 release.
