Position:

Senior Microsoft Systems Engineer

Job Description:

Build roadmaps to align people, process, and technology to business initiatives

Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems

Demonstrate strong team leadership skills with a focus on results

Provide pre-sales support, technical assessments, written documentation and technical leadership

Design, install, troubleshoot, document and support the Microsoft UC stack

An ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of Microsoft Unified Communications solutions

Most work is done remotely but not 100%

Professional services / IT consulting experience

Superior work ethic, with flexible and client aware demeanor

Exceptional articulation, documentation, presentation, and communication skills

Broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies and products, with specialization in one or more of the following:

• Lync Server 2010 (IM/Presence/Enterprise Voice)

• OCS 2007 R2 (requirement)

• Exchange 2010/07 Including Unified Messaging (requirement)

• Enterprise Voice Experience

• Windows Server / Windows Client

• Forefront

• SharePoint (not required but desired)

• SQL Server

• Microsoft System Center

Technology used in a typical project:

Education and Certifications:

5-7+ years Information Technology experience

MCITP – Lync Server 2010

CCNA is desired but not required

Benefits and Training:
